Port Old Fashioned

You know the cocktail is good when I start talking to myself about how good it is.

I (somehow) found myself with a tiny bit of port left over from the Christmas overindulgences, so I turned it into this Port Old Fashioned.

• 2 oz Bourbon
• ¾ oz Taylors Vintage Port
• ¼ oz Maple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over a large block of ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
