Piña Colada

Recipe

Ingredients

1½ oz White Rum
1 oz Aged Rum - he used O.F.T.D.
2 oz Cream Of Coconut
3 oz Pineapple Juice
8 oz Frozen Pineapple
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Green Chartreuse
Coffee Bitters
Whole Nutmeg

Process

Blend all main ingredients until smooth
Add a few dashes of the bitters
Freshly grate nutmeg

 
How to Make Cream of Coconut

8 oz of Coconut Milk
14 oz Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Heat in a saucepan on low until the sugar is dissolved. Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
