Ingredients

• 1 oz peach cobbler syrup
• 1½ oz Bourbon
• 1 dash Black Walnut Bitters

Peach cobbler syrup

• 16 oz fresh or frozen Peaches
• 8 oz Water
• 4 oz Brown Sugar
• 4 oz Maple Syrup
• 3 Cinnamon sticks
• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Cook in a saucepan for 20 minutes, take off the heat, stir in the vanilla. Let it steep and cool before bottling.
