Welcome back to Cafe MSG. A slight edit on espresso cocktail, but adding a bit of mint to it. This riff on the carajillo is inspired by The Mint Mojito Coffee drink from Philz Coffee. A touch of Fernet Menta and Pandan syrup are used partly in place of the traditional Licor 43, resulting in a minty, grassy, and a bit nutty espresso cocktail.
Combine ingredients into a shaking tin and shake with ice until cold. Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with Mint.
