A "Fall Cocktail"

Ingredients

• ¾ oz Lime Juice (2 limes)
• ¼ oz Old Spice Dram - he used Hamilton Jamaican Pimento Dram and used slightly more than ¼ oz (almost ½ oz)
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• ¼ oz of Rich Simple Syrup (2:1 demerara sugar to water)
• 2 oz Bourbon - he used Maker's Mark

Process

Build in a shaker
Shake with a large cube
Strain into a coupe
Garnish with dehydrated citrus
