Variation on a recipe from Foco Barcelona
Ingredients
Combine, let sit for an hour. Filter.
Combine 3 oz with a dash of Saline and Chocolate Bitters. Stir with ice
Serve over ice with grated White Chocolate
Pistachio & Coconut Orgeat
Blend together. Sous vide for a long time, strain, add coconut sugar and white sugar, pistachio butter, blend again.
