It really doesn’t get simpler than this, and yet this cocktail is really tasty. You could skip the bubbles and salt, but I sure wouldn’t. Making a simple build like this is rewarding somehow. Perhaps it’s every tiny detail that really makes it pop. Frozen glass, salt, fresh citrus, good citrusy gin, nice orange liqueur, nice ice, good shake, superior soda water, and all measured to a T. Little things add up. ANYONE can make excellent cocktails. YOU just have to want to.
