Invented at London's Match Bar in 2003 by Vincenco Erico
Ingredients

• 5 fresh Green Grapes
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Campari (if too bitter, use Aperol)
• ⅔ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Simple Syrup

Process

• Put grapes into shaker, muddle
• Add rest of ingredients, shake with ice
• Double strain into coupe, garnish with more grapes

Variation #1

• 1⅓ oz Gin
• ⅔ oz Campari (try to sub Chiaro Amaro, from Canada, hard to find)
• ⅔ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Simple Syrup

More Gin and less Campari. Also, let the grapes infuse the Gin for a while before assembling.
