Here’s one for the spring. It’s got daiquiri vibes with something a little extra. Emily has been asking me to make this for a year. I didn’t expect to get that nice peak on top of this, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not all amaro is interchangeable. Many ingredients are specific to a cocktail.
