This is a repeat cocktail that I post every year because it’s nice. It’s essentially a whiskey sour but can also be a cool intro to absinthe. A dash of absinthe goes a long way, in this case, 5 dashes. It’s fun to experiment with and see where a dash may work or where it may not. This cocktail comes from Employees Only NYC, a while back.
