A certified platinum banger. My friend Leandro (@educatedbarfly) whipped up this original cocktail named after the hit song . Much like how Sam Ross named the Paper Plane after the summer smash hit by MIA, I loved seeing Leandro take a similar path of inspiration adapting the Clover Club and making use of the bartender cult favorite Pony glass . I’ve adjusted the specs a bit to try and fit it all in one glass, but alas I failed the same. Still delicious though.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice, shake hard for at least 25 seconds to avoid having to dry shake (good luck). Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
