Easter weekend brought the in-laws to town and they showed up with a massive haul of juicy strawberries and lemons straight from the tree ♥️ I was thinking to myself, what’s the best way to use these 🤔 and honestly, if it’s not a margarita, did I even try??My father-in-law is a total marg snob, so this Strawberry Limoncello marg is an homage to him... and a gift to myself 🍓🍋
You’ll need:
Prep your glass by rubbing it with Lemon and dipping it in Salt + lemon zest. To a shaker add strawberries & lemon juice and muddle. Then add limoncello, tequila, & agave and shake with ice. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a Strawberry & lemon slice. Cheers!
