Dry shake, wet shake, double strain
Garnish with grated nutmeg

(or 1 teaspoon
ground cloves

(or 1 teaspoon
ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1 piece of
ginger
(~ 1cubic inch, grated)
Stir to dissolve, simmer for 8 minutes, let cool.
Add 1-2 teaspoon of
Vanilla Extract
.
Strain and store
