During the holidays I was going through “Batched and Bottled Cocktails” by the folks from Three Sheets looking for something to bring to a party and I came across this Coffee and Cigarettes cocktail. Originally from the now shuttered This Must Be The Place in Sydney, this lighter, negroni style cocktail has notes of coffee and almond, and is suited even for those who hate Campari in Negronis.
Add all ingredients to a vessel and stick in fridge/freezer. when ready to serve, pour over a large ice cube in a glass and garnish with an orange twist
## Coffee infused gin
Add ingredients together in a jar and let sit for 24 hours, then strain and place in freezer.
